“In a healthy body lives a healthy mind” is Hans-Peter Breda’s motto. That is why sport is so crucial to him and his Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. He will be putting this motto to use when he competes in the Swimming, Indoor Rowing and Athletics during the Games.
