Frank Pommerening served as a military paramedic in Kosovo and Afghanistan, which led to him suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. However, through training for Triathalons and the Invictus Games , he has found recovery in sport, leaving his body and mind feeling rejuvenated. He is looking forward to competing in Athletics, Archery, Road Cycling, Sitting Volleyball, Wheelchair Basketball and Wheelchair Rugby during the Games.
