A retired Senior Airman, Dolby Bryon Dean, was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder after returning from Afghanistan in 2010. He hopes to finish school and in the long term inspire others with his story. He will be competing in Track running, Javelin, Shot Put and Discus.
