Benjamin Atgie served in the French Armed Forces when he was injured, which resulted in an amputation of his left leg. Since then Benjamin has taken part in many sporting competitions such as: Marine Corps Trials 2014 (Gold medal in 200 m and silver medal in wheelchair basketball), and Military European championships in athletics (4th in 200 m and 5th in 100 m). During the Games he will be participating in Athletics, Archery, Swimming and Wheelchair Basketball.
